Systems Administrator in the System Operations department.- Primary admin for our phone system software (Interactive Intelligence) and infrastructure, which spans ~3k clients across our three main offices as well as remote users- Collaborate with all parts of the business to design, implement, validate, and improve call flow/call routing resulting in shorter wait times and improved client experience- Recently teamed up with our Customer Service team to improve our customer experience when calling in, reducing the number of calls that went to the incorrect queue or representative by over 50%- Run our daily standups & weekly team meetings, ensuring everyone on the team is informed & up to date on ongoing projects, new initiatives, & areas of improvement- Mentor End User Computing Tier 3 team members, ensuring they are trained on supporting internal systems, introduce them to stakeholders for systems so they know who to notify when scheduling maintenance, and assist Tier 3 teammates in creating detailed & useful documentation for new issues and solutions as they arise- Oversee ticket assignments and vendor escalations for Tier 3 and SysOps, ensuring both are resolved in a timely manner- Upgraded from Lync Server 2013 RTM to Skype for Business Server 2015 CU8; developed routine to keep updated on a regular cadence & minimized downtime to users; Teams Online migration completed and SfB decom underway- Lead on implementing Modern Auth using OneLogin in our environment after the previously mentioned SfB update, allowing 2FA for Outlook and Skype for off-VPN users, improving the security around these products- Administer hybrid Exchange Online/2013 on prem and email security/flow (SonicWall ESA, ProofPoint)- Utilize VMware for VM deployment, cloning for a test environment I set up, and update templates to ensure new deployments are updated with recent security patches- Administer core Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, etc.)
