As the Project Superintendent, I was the self-performed support team for Elli Lilly's construction staff. All project proposals would be based on a time and material basis, with a not to exceed cost. Projects would range from $2500 to upwards of $1,000,000. I would be responsible for meeting with the Lilly staff to determine priorities, ordering material and supplies, and scheduling and assigning individual daily work tasks.
