This helped reduce the impact of the language barrier between TMMK and the Japanese plants by providing a virtual plant walkthrough. Designed, assembled, and installed V-belt check fixture to ensure proper V-belt to vehicle matching. Realized zero mismatched V-belts in first six months of device operation. Worked with engine line production team members to ensure smooth process flow as well as team member comfort with the check fixture.

Fabricated and installed a Silent Andon System to reduce the noise level in the plant and to comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations. Conducted surveys with production team leaders and line personnel to gauge the effectiveness of the device.Designed a maintenance training bench for maintenance personnel to familiarize themselves with existing and new equipment.
