Ensured contractual SLAs were met and data was flowing smoothly and accurately between business systems. Collaborated with shared services (billing, financial management, dependent verification, claims and appeals management) and customer service. Managed numerous projects focused on greater associate utilization and system automation. Oversaw project deliverables, including project plans, schedule, budget management and utilization management.
