My name is Patrick Kuster and for the last 12+ years I have been a passionate "HR Person" with heart and soul. In my previous professional career with internationally operating companies in the tech and travel industries, I have been able to consistently implement and deepen my passion for HR work. My HR experience spans the entire spectrum of general HR work: Starting with the recruitment of new employees, through the support of employees and team leaders in all HR issues to separation management, I have already been able to actively shape and cover all aspects of the "Employee Life Cycle".
