I am a task-oriented scientist and engineer specializing in battery engineering, electrochemistry, and materials science. I obtained my PhD in Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and my dissertation research focused on studying the performance behavior of solid-state Li-ion batteries at different operating temperatures and modifying the battery materials to improve the performance. I have gained extensive experience in liquid and solid Li-ion battery cell assembly and testing, cathode development, anode development, electrolyte development, electrochemical data analysis and battery cell characterization such as: GCPL, CV, EIS, and materials characterization, such as: SEM, XRD, XPS and TGA.
