V.R.S. oversee's clinical operations at the Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center. Provides management of 25 patients in the clinic. Management responsibility of bids and proposals for new customers, job coaching & counseling. Met all criteria for health & safety without any recommendations during the 2006, 2009, 2012, 2015 & 2018 CARF accreditations. Managed twenty or more contracts, got contracts awarded for the program and has ran bi-weekly staff meetings since joining the V.A. team in 1989. Health and Safety Coordinator for the program, educated the staff & patients on safety. Has lead community partner meetings in the past to market the non-profit business(Omeric Rehabilitation). Financial aspect of the business has inputted patient pay-slips into the computer for patient payroll. As a certifying official has certified invoices for the non-profit business.Has caught accounting errors on vendor invoices. Motor Operator Coordinator drives the delivery truck and forklift. Operates the blister, shrinkwrap, printing machines for the non-profit business. Inventories the equipment in the program once a year.As manager added responsibilities given due to the lack of one workshop staff person on the production team. These new responsibilities include doing the patient attendance, making sure the patient pay slips are check, supervising two new contracts for the program, UPS shipping for one of the contracts. Was instrumental in ordering the Ricoh 651 Digital Printing Press and Duplo Card Cutter for the workshop clinic. As the administrator for the Ricoh 651 has operated the digital printer to runcoupons for one of our customers. Printed business cards in the past for staff. Took class's at Fiery Global University to educate myself on the fiery computer system.
