Within Customer Services, I manage a core team located in France and an additional extended team located in Spain, UK and Germany. Based on a transnational Make or Buy policy, my teams ensure the IT support of the workspace for more than 4000 end users Worldwide, provide IT solutions for the business activity and maintain in operational conditions applications used by Customer Services via the Service Lines Management.
