As part of the Multidisciplinary Urban Capstone Project, I had the opportunity to work with the City of Brampton. In this project, my team developed a design solution for an Innovation District, located in the Bram West Lands area of Brampton. In the project, our team identified a chosen site for the Innovation District, created a detailed site plan and developed an economic development plan to attract employers and calculate projections on building costs and the number of jobs created.My role was focussed on the economic development plan which included:1)Creating a financial model for projecting costs from the development of the District2)Creating job projection model for projecting jobs produced from District3)Creating an incentive plan for attracting businesses which included tax, monetary and Public-Private Partnership opportunity incentives4)Contributing to the site plan by identifying the desired mix of residential, community and workspace

As an analyst at the Future of Canada Centre I audited the performance of Thought Leadership reporting in terms of Quantity, Quality and overall Market Interest at Deloitte Canada. I worked with the Strategy and Governance team to help transition Thought Leadership reporting at Deloitte Canada to a new global tool. Finally I performed research for future reports written by the FCC.
