• Formulate product reliability qualification plan with the use of problem analysis techniques.• Publish reports to the organization and to the customers for the results of reliability testing and other evaluations.• Work with related teams to strategize the reliability testing, data analysis and failure mechanisms.• Monitor the standard procedures and equipment efficiencies to identify and improve working capability.• Experience in customer support especially on working with the solutions for the encountered issues.• Knowledgeable in failure analysis laboratory including destructive and non-destructive process to analyze the product and technological issues.• Facilitate the mechanical testing procedures from requisition until the completion of the qualification.• Update the standard specifications for the reliability process and equipment.• Operation and maintenance of reliability and failure analysis equipment (THB, uHAST, TC, Reflow, HTS, SEM-EDX, FTIR, Fume hood and other laboratory analysis machines)

• Spearhead the setup, stabilization and maintenance of the machines used in system testing.• Perform readiness activities for the new product introduction.• Ability to perform comprehensive checking of test logs and results for system and device-level testing.• Hands on exposure in the operation and maintenance of Tester and Handler, Burn-In and test boards.• Capable of installation, optimization and maintenance of new test hardware, firmware and software.• Experience in benchmarking and purchase of required equipment for the process.• Publish the quality monitoring reports including customer’s test sampling quantity and PPM targets.• Keep up to date the test process and equipment standard specifications.• Operation and maintenance of test machines (Burn-In, Tester and Handler)• Experience in working with Linux systems for servers including HP, DELL, Cisco and Huawei.
