• Formulate product reliability qualification plan with the use of problem analysis techniques.

• Knowledgeable in failure analysis laboratory including destructive and non-destructive process to analyze the product and technological issues.

• Spearhead the setup, stabilization and maintenance of the machines used in system testing.
• Perform readiness activities for the new product introduction.
• Ability to perform comprehensive checking of test logs and results for system and device-level testing.
• Hands on exposure in the operation and maintenance of Tester and Handler, Burn-In and test boards.
• Capable of installation, optimization and maintenance of new test hardware, firmware and software.
• Experience in benchmarking and purchase of required equipment for the process.
