- Process part-time faculty & staff hire and rehire in collaboration with the HR team, Marshall Faculty Affairs, and academic units.- Manage all pre-hire conditions including background checks and employee information to finalize hiring and onboarding.- Assist the HR team with transactions related to hires and promotion process, transferring employees from one organization to another, and compensation analysis- Upkeep and maintain organizational charts, employees files and records, and process changes of employment in Workday.- Led a project within our department in organizing and cleaning up our Workday HRIS system, which resulted in cleaning up 3500 old stealth positions.- Run ad-hoc and regular reporting via Workday HRIS; creating reports and visualizations pertaining to headcount, new hires, and terminations.
