Clerical Support Specialist Ii
Daily duties include managing Time and Attendance for all Psychiatric Emergency Services (PES) employees to include making edits and fixing discrepancies, daily audits over all Microsoft Access databases, reporting daily statistics regarding daily productivity to Nurse Managers and Director of Behavioral Health, coordinate with state personnel for completion of CCAR’s for every patient, answer all phone calls quickly and politely, enter PES facility charges for all patient visits, register patients for all Mobile Crisis Services (MCS) rendered, fill all schedule holes if possible, record minutes for all team/committee meetings, ensure Patient Safety Rounds are completed by Charge Nurse daily and entered into database, breakdown patient charts and ensure all signatures are acquired, learn new systems and then teach and train other PES employees on the new implementations, ensure that all equipment (to include computers, faxes, phones, printers, and copiers) are in working and serviceable order, and any other duties assigned by the Charge Nurse or Nurse Manager.
