Result oriented, honest, entrepreneurial, and very sociable Agri - Professional with 5+ years of experience in the cocoa procurement, agribusiness and sustainability space assisting customers, farmers and agribusinesses get the best out of their agribusinesses. Over the past few years I have grown from a District Manager Trainee, to a Community Development Manager, to a Project Lead Trainee and currently a Project Lead. Eager to provide excellent services that grow the revenue and customer base of clients and customers alike and generally improves livelihoods while forging long lasting relationships with the various stakeholders involved. Successfully provided extension support to 200+ farmers personally and supervised the training of about 1000 more in my zone ensuring timely reporting, notable changes in farmer behavior with the adoption of Good agricultural practices, Good environmental practices and Good social practices, improved farmer savings culture with the establishment of 10 Village Savings and Loans Associations in less than a year in my zone all in a bid to improve farmer livelihood on all fronts.Personally, through my agribusiness startup, All Agric, we are Reaching Africa's Youth With Agriculture with the media at the forefront of affairs. At All Agricgh, I personally grew our monthly website traffic from zero to an average of about 2000 monthly sessions and 100 monthly users from Ghana, USA, Nigeria, India, Rwanda and many other African countries across the globe. I write stories on startups, climate change, farm to table processes and African agriculture news. As the CEO and managing editor, I manage all our social media handles including LinkedIn where we are currently closing in on 400 followers, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Twitter combined with about 2000 followers. We are actively working on our newsletters that have an accumulated 300+ sign ups and about 2000+other subscribers from our partnership with another firm. All Agric is looking for opportunities of collaboration, grant funding, consultancies and growth.Currently honing my Master of Ceremony and Public Speaking Skills having successfully hosted the 2023 Edition of the Olam Food Ingredients (ofi) Cocoa Awards program.
