A dedicated educator/ Instructional Designer with more than 17 years of prior experience in teaching, lecturing, training, curriculum design, instructional design in MOE schools, ITE and private sector. Having a passion for exploring and harnessing infocomm technologies for training and teaching, I have led teams of educators to deploy ICT to provide a learner-centric, collaborative learning environment within and especially beyond the classroom. With my experience and background, I now seek to create instructional experiences which make the acquisition of knowledge and skill more efficient, effective and appealing.As a lifeskills educator, I seek to impart essential soft skills and job etiquette in a practical and relatable manner.
