Proven procurement and contracts management capabilities on a wide variety of world scale energy projects, including onshore and offshore oil & gas facilities, gas plants, chemical plants, copper smelter, heavy oil upgrading facilities, and offshore two-berth sea islands and six-mile trestle, The work involved both home office and field assignments.Worked in a variety of Fluor’s worldwide offices, including Haarlem (Netherlands), Calgary (Canada), Greenville SC, and Houston. Provided Contracts Management training to both project and construction staff in South Africa and Australia, and other offices.Previous experience includes field construction supervision on a desalination/power plant in Oman. Home office experience encompassed procurement, contracts and civil/structural work performed in the capacity of either supervisor or designer on a multitude of projects such as power stations, highways, and multi-story construction.
