I’ve been working as a Commis Chef for 3 years in Jumeirah Beach Hotel where I gained my skills and experience and top of that I finished my culinary class in our company it is a program of our company where we learn different cuisines, types of cooking, pastry, baking, salad making, and we are the one who make our own menu. In my 3 years of working my Senior Chef assigned me to different stations, and I finished training in sushi, and in our one of signature restaurant a Latin American cuisine.
