My job consists of reviewing and approving staffing and security proposal for events at the Orange County Convention Center. The goal is to ensure security plan meets OCCC minimum requirements, and make certain that event security providers are in compliance with OCCC security guidelines. Furthermore, I attend client site visits, planning and pre and post convention meetings. I help coordinate security efforts with internal and external clientele, while Interacts with all divisions within the Convention Center as needed.

Responsible for accurately processing all service orders assigned for Convention Center events and coordinating exhibitor telemarketing efforts. Develop relationships and act as a liaison with internal and external support partners assigned to each event. Summarize and prepare deposits for OCCC Finance Section. Review each show’s contract produced by the OCCC Business Section to assure all contracted services have been arranged. Update and maintain event information utilizing the OCCC event business management software to generate status and summary reports.
