Project Manager
Current- Oversee the day-to-day activities and task management of the project team to ensure that a focus on quality, scope and timelines on each project is reached and maintained.- Lead and motivate the team according to project and organizational goals.- Prepare and manage the overall project plan and timeline throughout the life cycle of the project, taking overall responsibility for resources control, scope, timelines, and project quality.- Plan, implement and deliver the project in accordance with scope and deliverables in the SOW agreed with the client.- Manage projects and maintain the set of processes and documentation which are compliant to Explora Business Process and Frameworks and liaise with other departments and team members as necessary to achieve this.- Drive the project team to make project progress according to the timeline and scope.- Manage the client expectation on the project scope, deliverables, and quality and be able to communicate and align common objectives with the client for mutual benefits.- Uncover any foreseeable risk and provide mitigation plan and recommendation to minimize the impact to the project.- Continually review the SOW to ensure that any out-of-scope work is managed promptly and efficiently, and if necessary to initiate new project or change request for the out-of-scope work.- Clients including Ralph Lauren, China State Construction, Plaza Premium Group, Pure Fitness & UA Finance.
