He has also served as the Senior Finance Director of Lilly’s Insulin API manufacturing plants in Indianapolis. Lenihan earned his undergraduate degree in Management from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University, magna cum laude, in 2000. He earned his M.B.A. in Finance, Marketing, and Biotechnology from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2008. He is a National Honors graduate of General Electric’s Financial Management Program (FMP) and a certified Six-Sigma Black Belt.Personally, Lenihan has a passion for helping at-risk youth achieve their potential. He has served as the Chairman of the Board at both the Starfish Initiative and at Outreach Inc., enjoys coaching and mentoring youth in Indianapolis, Indiana where he and his family reside.
