Management and oversight of all Risk and Safety Issues for a business unit with 300 employees. This includes worker compensation claims, professional liability, auto liability and general liability claims.Responsible for reporting and investigating all claims internally. Work diligently as the liaison with our third party administrator to manage claims appropriately to meet company goals and expectations. Helped establish critical relationships and created local algorithms for the management of workers compensation claims.Achieved favorable trends year over year for the Operations. Reduced worker compensation claims including favorable management of transitional duty VS Lost Work Days.Manager and Coordinator of RescueNet Road Safety on-board driver modification system installed on 35 ambulances. Responsible for the timely implementation of the program and continued compliance of over 200 field EMTs and Paramedics to meet program standards. This has helped reduce the severity of accidents, the number of accidents, and produced cost savings in preventative maintenance of vehicle repairs.Responsible for the training, education and remediation that has lead the Operations not only to meet but exceed the established program standards and expectations.

Responsible for the daily operations of safely transporting the sick and injured in a high volume 911 system. This includes the oversight of approximately over 200 field personnel, a staff of ten supervisors and a fleet of over 40 vehicles.
