I am a Human Resources professional with over 19 years of experience leading local and regional HR departments in companies that are industry leaders in their respective sectors. I have spent my last 10 years as a C-Level business partner with the SGS Group, managing the function for Latin America based out of Peru, aligning local operations with Corporate based principles and Governance. My last role covered all countries from Mexico to Chile including Brasil, for a HC in excess of 14,000 heads. I managed a team of 8 HR Managers and a population of over 100 HR professionals.My expertise is focused on HR strategy, designing and implementing global projects, as well as technical competencies such as Compensation and HR information systems. I managed to drive organizational and cultural change, as well as develop and recruit best in class talent across industries and geographical boundaries, supported by my in-depth knowledge of HR and legal practices across all Latin America. I possess a transversal HR profile as I have experience in diverse sectors such as Testing Inspection & Certification Services, Financial Services, and Medical Devices. Throughout my career I have always assumed roles with increased levels of responsibility and impact which serve as testimony of my work ethic and the quality of my contributions. The different experiences I have been fortunate to collect along the years, have allowed me to drive change and create value to the organizations where I have worked in virtually every area of the human resources function.
