Reporting to VP, and Regional General Manager: responsible for FedEx EWR-Newark Airport.Airport. Manage 6 direct supervisors. Realized challenging accomplishment of implementing and bringing to compliance Private Detective License Training in New Jersey (SORA), and overseeing Port Authority SIDA Access cards. Daily meet client representatives on location to trouble-shoot performance issues. Work in Airport setting, delivering TSA access control training: Pat downs, wadding and SAFE Passage ACCOUNT MANAGER, OTG –TERMINAL C- EWR NEW JERSEY OPERATIONS, 2000 HRS PER WK.
