Responsibilities Include:-Installation, operation, maintenance, and inspection of electrical power plants, electrical equipment, and aircraft arrestment systems-Providing training, guidance, and leadership for team members-Maintenance of Air Force Training Records-Management and administration of base drug testing program

These responsibilities include:- Carrier updates and reinstatements- Research and response to Complaint Response Team inquiries- Handle vendor inquiries pertaining to confirmation of eligibility- Review and update of overnight enrollment applications- Process verification of coverage requests for clients- Confirm verification of coverage requests for vendors- Maintain manual watch/enrollment database

First response for active and retired employees for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and ConAgra Foods Specific responsibilities include:- Provide expertise in 401(K), Defined Benefit, and Health and Welfare benefits- Process 401(K) transactions including but not limited to final distribution, funds transfer, funds reallocation, withdrawal, loan request, and loan repayment- Provide callers with information about investment funds- Provide information and resolve any issues pertaining to these calls in a timely, courteous and professional manner- Perform, track and log all transactions related to Human Resources and/or Benefits processes utilizing PASS and AIS Human Resource systems- Notify Technical Analyst and Team Manager of potential or recurring problems or issues- Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion according to Human Resource guidelines
