This will avoid direct conflict with our dealer yet we manage to secure more funds, with this funds we could propose even more product with competitive pricing. A&P Scope : * Senheng they have lots of promotion from time to time that could help them to increase their sell out. But some of the promotion that are not so effective yet we still continue supporting earlier on. So i have to study the result given by the marketing side and make the analysis, then use this data to convince dealer that we couldn't provide any support for selected event due to some issue but in another hand those with good result we would like to maintain it but with different products. Sales Scope : * Start from the outlets visitation, to check out what's the issue for individual outlet with our Elba products, gather the information and work out the solution that could solve their concerns. * Secondly, make sure all our products is well display in all the outlets. Good display ratio eventually increase the sales opportunity. * Thirdly, propose new products to list into senheng outlets. Initially senheng have only 32 SKU in their system but now it increase to 51 SKU. Senheng sales also increase from average of 400k up to now 700k* And also come out a sales campaign from time to time to boost up their sales interest on our product range like an incentive trip or a branch competition.
