Direct and control all company activities relating to the planning, development, and implementation of policies, programs, and practices in support of Human Resources, including: Employee/ Labor Relations, compensation, staffing, benefits, affirmative action, safety, environmental control, security, workforce development, talent management, engagement, and community relations

Provide leadership and direction for all Human Resources functions and activities for the New York State (NYS) region of Southern Wine & Sprits of America Inc

Champion workforce relations activities which are progressive, fair, consistent, and administered in accordance with policies, practices and guidelines, as identified in the bargaining agreements and/or non-bargaining associate handbook(s), including corrective action and dispute resolution processes. Participate in bargaining unit negotiations, mediation, arbitration or other legal matters, conduct periodic climate/morale assessments, and assure full compliance with relevant federal and state labor laws
