I manage, plan, and organize digital media projects, including video and photo shoots. I ensure all work products maintain brand standards and brand integrity. I also mentor designers and provide InDesign and company template training to new staff. In 2010, I helped transition the company to the Atkins brand and was responsible for redesigning all the brochures, advertisements, and trade show materials. I have supported hundreds of proposals and presentations in this role.

I managed, trained, and mentored up to 15 graphic designers. I assigned all work, provided creative suggestions to refine designs, and made sure all projects were completed on time. I designed PBS&J’s annual reports as well as the Florida Turnpike Enterprise and Georgia State Road and Tollway Authority annual reports. I managed the company’s 50th anniversary celebration, which involved designing and producing advertisements, brochures, and displays. I was one of three designers selected to train the company’s 80+ marketing staff for InDesign. I ensured PBS&J brand standards and brand integrity were maintained.
