The operations administrative role provides support to the management team in a variety of administrative tasks. Tasks completed include:• Clear flags in ATS and assess attendance point for associates for unexcused absences.• Collect and organize time off request forms for Amazonians from managers and associates. Get approvals from managers for vacation requests as required.• Ensure proper coding of “time paid not work” and “time not paid, not worked” such as Vacation (vacp)/Paid Personal Time (pers)/Voluntary Time-off (vto)/Lack of Work (low) for Amazon associates.• Make points corrections for Integrity as directed by Amazon HR.• Make points corrections for Amazon associates as directed by AM, Ops Mgr or HR>• Identify, track and reconcile missing: in, out and lunch punches• With manager approval, clearing discrepancies associated with Time Off Task flags.• Enter punches for orientation time for Integrity new starts.• Input corrective action documentation into Amazon GAPS system.• Research associates counseling history as needed to confirm correct level for next counseling, dates of prior counselings, etc. or provide summary of performance history for manager to use in making a recommendation for termination. – focused on Amazon associates.• Submit counselings for both Amazonians and Integrity associates (including tracking approval and printing for managers to deliver for Amazonians).• Print Amazon attendance counselings sent out by HR and organize with other counselings that need delivering so managers have one complete set of what they need to deliver.• Print/post rates throughout shift for all associates on set schedule.• Answer questions for Amazon associates on points/vacp/pers balances as required. Help escalate discrepancies to HR and resolve.• Additional Tasks, as needed:o Help complete safety and dock audits and/or type and publish them for managers.

Receive products using radio frequency scanners• Relocate products using forklifts, pallet jacks and walkie-riders• Pick customer orders on all levels of a multi-level mezzanine Pack and ship customer orders• Troubleshoot problems to resolution• Understand all aspects of production• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards• Work on powered equipment (i.e. forklift or cherry picker)

The small arms/artillery repairer is responsible for keeping a wide array of weapons — from small arms to field artillery and large ballistic missiles — operating properly.

Preparing for installations by reviewing installation orders, gathering equipment, supplies and tools and coordinating schedules with customers. Planning installations by evaluating location, locating access and laying-out equipment and wiring plan. Establishing satellite TV systems by installing equipment, running and pulling cable, programming and calibrating equipment while adhering to codes, regulations and standards. Verifying satellite TV systems for correct functionality and optimal performance by testing equipment and connections and identifying and correcting any issues. Maintaining accurate records through documenting installations, services and repairs. Maintaining and improving service and rapport with customers through listening to their descriptions of problems, answering questions and resolving issues through diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, replacing and/or upgrading components. Referring to schematics, manuals and manufacturer's instructions as needed. Maintaining a safe work environment by following safe practices and adhering to safety policies. Ensuring adequate supply levels by inventorying stock, placing and verifying orders. Updating and improving job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications. Enhancing the organization's reputation through personal accountability for accomplishing new and different requests and always striving to add value. Other duties as assigned.
