I'm a 20 year old student currently studying in my second year of BA (Hons) Geography and Environmental Science. I also run a part time Youtube channel, focusing on young men improving their physical and mental well-being. I research studies on topics such as diet, sleep, mental health etc, and present these in a format that is comedic and easy to understand/implement, and numerous people have come forward to me stressing how my videos have helped them. Additionally, I've also indulged in work experience with St Annes Community housing, consequentially putting myself in high-pressure scenarios. I've invested a great amount of time working towards my fitness goals, having recently deadlifted 500lbs, and also recently ran a marathon - although not at the same time! I'm aiming to locate opportunities for employment, regarding environmental focused careers, or alternatively roles involving video production.
