Patrick F. Lowell currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Data Amp, an AI-based technology company that helps enterprises automate their back-office operations so they can focus on what matters most.Prior to joining Data Amp, Patrick was the Chief Operating Officer of SIB Holdings where he oversaw all operations and played a lead role in the vision, strategy, operational excellence, and technology development of SIB Holdings and its portfolio of companies. Under his leadership, SIB implemented a dynamic, innovative culture focused on solving the customers' toughest problems. Prior to joining SIB, Patrick co-founded Sage Management and served as its Chief Executive Officer until its successful acquisition by SIB Holdings in 2021. As CEO of Sage, Patrick led a team that successfully delivered over $4 billion dollars in savings to its clients. Patrick was instrumental in Sage’s digital operations strategy and transformation from a service organization to a best-in-class technology-enabled business and SaaS industry leader. Patrick is recognized as a pioneer for his contributions to Sage's cutting-edge blockchain-based inFuse application that helps telecom carriers and large enterprises streamline their business operations and proactively eliminate disputes and accrual issues.Prior to co-founding Sage, Patrick was a Partner at LDT, where he was a part of a team delivering arms export control services to the world's largest global defense contractors and the U.S. government. During his time with LDT, Patrick successfully developed global arms export control technology, designed subject matter level operational procedures, and helped integrate international business units in accordance with legal requirements. Patrick also served as part of the Special Compliance Officer team to support the enforcement and implementation of consent agreements between the U.S. government and major global defense contractors.
