- Engineering leader for the prototype/labs team that created Fivestars Pay, a payments terminal integrated with the main Fivestars Loyalty product. Led the team from concept to prototype to production and then to shifting all of engineering to focus on Pay.- Manager of managers: oversaw all product engineering teams (3 teams, ~20 headcount).- Led the engineering internship program. Worked closely with University Recruiting to hire undergraduate interns and deliver an exceptional internship experience. Filled our junior engineering pipeline from the program's high FTE offer & conversion rates.
