Experienced Construction and Land Development ProfessionalI am a proud Chico State alumni with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, enriched by practical experience gained through multiple internships with both commercial general contractors and civil contractors.Following graduation, I embarked on my construction career with a leading heavy civil contractor, where I initially served as a Project Engineer. My role involved managing several mass grading projects as well as some smaller finish grading and paving work. The oversite and involvement in jobs provided me with a solid foundation in construction management.Over my tenure with Independent Construction, I advanced through various departments and ultimately assumed the role of Project Manager. In this capacity, I successfully managed a diverse portfolio of heavy civil projects, including mass grading and paving for master-planned communities, quarry operations, and large-scale infill projects.In 2021, I transitioned to the development sector and joined Integral Communities as a Land Development Manager, focusing on the Tracy Hills master plan community. This role has allowed me to expand my expertise across various facets of land development.I am committed to continuous growth and learning in my career, with a keen interest in budgeting, scheduling, contracting, problem-solving, and jobsite management. My goal is to leverage my extensive knowledge and experience to drive successful project outcomes and contribute meaningfully to the development industry.
