Patrick Lynch founded Lynch Consultants, LLC, in 2011 with the vision to become the premier federal consulting firm. His core missions are to 1) develop deep relationships with our Federal Partners; and 2) attract, develop, and retain our outstanding associates. Lynch Consultants delivers Resource & Financial Management, CIO Advisory services, Program Audit, and Defense Program Management assistance to Federal agencies.Patrick has 20+ years of Federal and Consulting experience. He has been a key leader building consulting firms, planning and directing mission-critical engagements, and developing high-impact leadership teams. He has established and led consulting engagements across the Department of Defense (DoD), the Department of the Navy (DoN), the United States Marine Corps (USMC), the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).Patrick graduated from the Johns Hopkins University (BA) and the University of Miami, FL (MBA). He served as a United States Army Armor Officer and later as a CIA Case Officer before entering the federal consulting industry. He serves the Board of Directors for the Society of Defense Financial Managers (SDFM), and serves as the Chair for the SDFM Corporate Advisory Group (CAG). Patrick also serves as the stewardship director for the Vienna, VA, Seventh Day Adventist church.
