I am in charge of both Network Infrastructure and SAP ERP solutions implementation.I have 23 years working as IT manager to supervise network infrastructure and helpdesk support team. I have 26 years working on ERP, MRPII application development, process analysis and implementation.I have 7 years solid experience in SAP ERP 6.0 project implementation, process analysis, documentation and user support.Major Job Role: -●Requirements gathering and scope definition with non-technical Business User constituencies. ●To interview various business unit managers to understand complex, dynamic business rules/process and then create detailed, specific and comprehensive documentation. ●Engage Business Users spanning multiple business units, ensure cohesive articulation of business goals and processes to ensure effective business solution. ●Closely communicate and work with Project Steering Committee, Project team members and Development team to design and implement an effective solution. ●Feasibility study and functional analysis on the Business Users request to see if SAP standard functionality can fulfil user requirement. Outline requirement for program customization. Suggest business rules/ procedures changes if required.●Supervise the SAP team on documentation preparation: -○Detailed Specification of Key Business Rules with sample data and activity diagrams ○Business Process Mapping Diagrams and Documentation ○Application Gap analysis with case study● Administrate the IT support teamIT sourcing with technical purchasing.○ Administrate the IT support team, review helpdesk issues and derive training plan for the IT team and key users.○ Research the latest IT technology and seek for the best practice on IT services.○ Minimize the total cost of ownership.
