Responsibilities across a variety of US Oncology franchise initiatives including advancing our strategic approach to Clinical Pathways, providing US Access input into early asset development and LCM processes with strategic risk mitigation, and leading organizational readiness for the launch of nivolumab subcutaneous formulation (pipeline) within US MAx (Market Access, Pricing & Value Demonstration)

Responsible for the US Access Strategy and coordination of Value, Access, and Payment (VAP) execution for the BMS oncology GU portfolio, including RCC, Bladder, and Prostate (pipeline) cancer indications. Achieved brand access objectives and gained broad marketing execution experience with delivery of a range of tactics to communicate value and achieve access goals across customer types. Successfully led initiative that resulted in the first proactive use of O+Y RWD in RCC payer tools, requiring numerous escalations and risk mitigations that laid foundation for broader oncology RWD capability. Additional responsibilities supporting or leading oncology franchise initiatives, including oncology pathways, strategic planning, and POA meetings.

Responsible for leading cross-functional strategy consulting teams to deliver a range of market access, marketing, and commercialization strategy engagements for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies. Global market experience with deep domain expertise in US market access across a wide range of therapeutic areas, but with a focus on complex specialty, oncology, and hematology (oncology and non-oncology) products.
