At the beginning of 2022, I stepped out of the Finance Industry that I had worked in for 11 years to pursue an interest in Data Management. I accepted a position at WinSupply and in a 3 month period was promoted to a Team Leader position. I work with and help lead a group of 14 people, using Agile methodology, to work through projects that help support our over 600 local companies from a digital data perspective. I help improve our website using self-taught SEO practices and container technology and are enjoying a record year of digital and total company sales. As a Team Lead, my job is to assist the Product Owner with any "in the weeds" based work or council. Additionally, I help break hurdles for the team so they can remain efficient in their production. I also maintain projects of my own as mentioned above. Prior to this position, I was a Team Lead at PNC Bank in their mortgage division. I enjoyed several "exceeds expectations" or "significantly exceeds expectations" reviews in my 8 years there. I also received the PNC Technology and Innovation Award in 2018 and 2019 for tools I created. These tools helped our department experience successful passing internal and external audits for 3 years straight. A feat that hadn't been accomplished until that time. Also during this time I got my business management degree and participated in Leadership training and the PZN Blitz initiative.
