I was the course laboratory TA for several sections of students throughout the semester. This involved demonstrating polymer manufacturing processes including: thermoforming, blow molding, film blowing, extrusion, compression molding, and injection molding. In addition to demonstrating the principles associated with these processes, equipment maintenance was also a large focus of the lab. This involved troubleshooting machine failures and component repairs.
