• Give support to Domain with more than 200 Users.• WAN and LAN Support• Active directory administration and support (create users and computer account , add , remove , update , reset password , create emails)• Installing and operating Windows desktop and server operating systems such as windows 7/8/8.1/10 and windows server 2012• Crimp network cable, troubleshoot a switch , LAN and WAN related issues, 3G,IPCONFIG,PING,TRACERT, VPN• Applying TCP/IP networking protocol and other protocol such as SMTP, HTTP, FTP• Hardware maintenance and repair.• Local and network printer support• Remote Desktop Connection(MSTSC) to Server and computers on network • Assisting the network manager with support requests • Ensure computer hardware is safe & complies with health and safety legislation• Configuration and testing of any new hardware and software.• Configuration of Emails on POP3, Exchange 2003, 2007 ,2010 & 2013;• Respond to calls from new and existing clients, diagnose and fix over the telephone where possible, or at the desk side.
