I am a degreed Chemical Engineer with an MBA in Global Technology Management.I have an analytical leadership approach, so I like to absorb data and formulate an opinion. Taking some passages from Deming, I believe that: all workers want to proud of what they build; that processes are designed perfectly to get the results they get; and top members of management must be quality-minded. I am the team member that will bird-dog a problem until I find a solution and have fun along the way.Also taking a page from Covey, “... cardinal principle of Total Quality escapes too many managers: you cannot continuously improve interdependent systems and processes until you progressively perfect interdependent, interpersonal relationships.” So I also believe that team members must be able to trust one another, demonstrated by "say what you do, do what you say."
