I have spent the last eleven years working for Shaw. The first four years were spent on the phones where I started in our billing department before moving the sales team and finally as a loyalty agent providing customer retention services. The last six years I have been a first leader, spending two years as a loyalty leader, two years as a technical support leader, and the last two+ years as a sales supervisor. I love being a leader and it comes naturally to me. I am always smiling and a very genuine person and people are often drawn to my energy. I've built my brand around being incredibly easy to talk to and get along with as well as being known as someone who's extremely resourceful and able to get things done.
