Assisted servers with their tables, crafted all of the drinks distributed to the restaurant and the bar. Made sure cleaning duties were performed at the end of shift, balanced the cash drawer and managed the credit card sales. Tracked the revenue the restaurant made everyday in food and beverages.

As the Bar Manager at Aj's Live Music I am responsible for making sure cleaning duties, preparation duties, and Liquor and Beer Orders are followed through with. While making sure our customers and performers are experiencing their entertainment in a civil manor. We enforce class; dress code, behavior, etc at the establishment of Aj's Live Music ultimately to enjoy Music ranging from Country, Rock and Roll, Rap, Jazz, Etc.. We have had performances by well-known bands and individuals like Lil Flip, John Corbett, Cody Canada, Kendall Beard, and of course owner, Aj Vallejo and his many bands.

Managed Schedules each week, overlook employee performance during shifts, conducted employee meetings every Sunday. Also tested all employees to make sure their knowledge of our services were up to par-Including Wine, Chinese/Japanese Beers, Sake, and other spirits. Held special events at the restaurant every month. Also ensured that there wad cleanliness of the kitchen and sushi bar, as well as the design of each order.
