The best thing about completing a challenge is obtaining knowledge to help you with the next one life throws at you.In my experience with challenges, I have learned that behind the struggle, there is always a benefit involved, even if it may be hidden. I have always been drawn to tougher challenges when presented to me for this fact. It would also explain the entrancing path life happens to take me.My first trial would be my military service to the Marines. Adapting to a rigid lifestyle was demanding. I was presented with many physical and mental obstacles I had to overcome. I then was trained and sent to my first duty station overseas. There is where I learned to develop a strong work ethic and good time management practices. I was also exposed to numerous groups of people from all parts of the country, as well as some from all over the world, which helped me develop strong professional social skills. The experience as w whole was relentless, but I would not trade it for the world.Upon completion of my military service. I decided to move back home and undergo another test, obtaining higher education. This was most challenging at first because I never developed proper study habits to ensure success. My first educational quarrel would be when I took biology my freshman year. I had to properly develop a proper study method, to remember the exact names and locations of different organs and functions related to the human body. I had to book out an entire week, but I ended up passing with a grade better than what I thought I was going to achieve. Now, I am currently wrapping up my BBA at Walsh while also on the fast-track program currently to obtain credits early for an MBA. Physical fitness and traveling to new places are how I balance stress from obstacles. I also forgot to mention I'm one of the many fans of coffee in the mornings. “Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass. It’s about learning to dance in the rain.” ~ Author Unknown
