I lead the stewardship and growth of the Cummer Museum's historically significant gardens and landscapes--on a path to becoming the finest public gardens in North Florida and a horticultural resource for Jacksonville and beyond. Gardens, along with Art and Education, are the mission pillars of the Cummer Museum. I build community connections to create public awareness and support for the Cummer's growth and development, with gardens serving as a key component of our vibrant future. I leverage my connections nationally and internationally to elevate the profile of the Cummer gardens as horticultural jewel boxes..

The Garden Conservancy's mission is to preserve, share, and celebrate America's gardens and diverse gardening traditions for the education and inspiration of the public. In my role, I lead the development of the Conservancy's nationally dispersed educational programs, including our virtual and in-person national speaker series and our beloved and most well-known program, Open Days, which is America's only national private garden visiting program. My work fosters connections between the gardening public and professional designers, horticulturists, and serious garden enthusiasts. We advocate for the vital role of gardens in contributing to our history, culture, and quality of life.

The Longwood Gardens Fellows Program is a 13-month immersive, residential learning experience designed to prepare the next generation of executive leaders in public horticulture. My work at Longwood was focused on developing skills in strategic thinking and planning; developing alignment around mission and strategy; fostering productive relationships with stakeholders including trustees, staff and guests; and fiscal oversight.

I have eight years of leadership experience in research management, project facilitation and execution, and program development. At Cornell, I was responsible for the successful planning, design and completion of multiple grant-funded research projects. I successfully facilitated cooperative relationships with international partners. I developed and delivered mission-based content to diverse audiences across New York State.
