Working with a group of nonprofits, we connect homeless individuals to resources including prevention strategies, emergency shelters, rapid re-housing and permanent housing. Duties included to maintain a presence throughout the shelter while Providing referral information to clients. Reservation check-ins, lottery in-take, dinner, showers and records of stay.Responsible for verifying data entry into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) on a daily basis.

Assist customers with their shopping. Received and unloaded the grocery truck. Stock isles, Count all food inventories when merchandise arrived. Monitor all grocery items and provide appropriate labels and price tags. Stack all goods on required shelves. Monitor inventory of all store goods and assist to replenish all stock as per requirement and maintain track of all shelf life for various goods. Administer all perishable goods and ensure maintenance of efficient temperature. Arrange all display aisles at entrance of store and set up all products.

Assist elderly residents with grooming, bathing and feeding. Assist residents in finding clothes to wear. Take resident’s on field trips as well as help the families when they would arrive to get the resident’s on holidays and special events.

Mra 1Provide Basic care to patients, such as grooming, bathing, feeding and dressing. Assist with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary, ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; providing fresh water and nourishment between meals. Maintain patient stability by checking vital signs, weight, and urine. Record intake and Output information.

Shipping and Receiving. Count all food inventories when merchandise arrived. Make sure all the orders where correct before shipped out to the stores. Assign duties to other stockers. Prepare inventory of grocery products and ensure regular count is the same. Manage all stock room grocery items at required temperature. Maintain and ensure proper cleanliness of work area at all times and display all new products and promotional offer as per requirement. Coordinate with supervisor and report all damages in grocery products.

Pull merchandise appropriate cases according to the order. Place orders on carts. Loading / unload pallets and individual cases from trailers. Assist in weekly inventory of product. Count all food inventories when merchandise arrived; make sure all the orders where correct before shipped out to the stores. Box products and make sure there was no damaged merchandise. Operate stand up forklift for stocking product.

Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers. Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change. Greet customers entering establishments. Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas. Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners.
