The role is heavily invested in developing a comprehensive capture system training program with special emphasis on providing a clear path to moving new technology from R&D to operational level function.• Develop and implement training program for a ten-person technician team that maintains proprietary technology installed on small aircraft in accordance with FAA rules governing aircraft maintenance operations• Track technicians’ competency, and implement specialized curriculum including weekly training session and traveling once a month to supervise technicians in the field• Oversee and maintain currency of hardware and software guidance index for technician team; including training with engineering R&D to learn and document new processes• Build training for pilots who operate our technology with collaboration from Pilot Operations and Safety Show less
