Patrick provides management services to reciprocal insurance exchanges and other insurance operations and assists in the design and implementation of alternative risk financing strategies.Patrick was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1989. He has a Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University.
