• Maintain compliant accounting records for multiple clients.• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations.• Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts.• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.• Manage fixed assets, perform depreciation calculations, and record adjusting entries.• Key member of systems implementation team (QuickBooks, Certify, and ClickTime).• Calculate and enter journal entry for prepaid expenses through creating schedules.• Update financial budget with actuals for monthly management meeting.• Setup and maintain employee payroll records along with processing payroll.• Invoicing on government websites (WAWF and ASAP).• Year-end tax filings (Property tax and sales-use tax).• Creating and filing 1099s.• Train and mentor new employees.• Maintain client chart of accounts. • Create ad-hoc reports for special projects.

• Enter account payable bills and account receivable invoices. Receive customer payments and record outgoing account payable bill payments. • Record checks written and credit card charges. Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly.• Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly, initiate corrections.• Process payroll and enter payroll journal entry. Download timesheets and distribute labor.
