Project Manager - Project to merge c.600 UK-wide residential investment assets into a single portfolio with a view to selling as a single lot. Regularising monthly reporting of income and expenditure and improved Gross to Net rental income across the portfolio before placing on the market for sale. Presenting various strategy notes to Risk Committee, obtaining budget approvals, ensuring budgets were adhered to while seeking to reduce costs at all times, thus driving value through rent and expenditure reviews with the managing agents.
