Current- Managing the daily production schedule and maintenance cycles of multiple industrial scale molecular beam epitaxy systems for the growth of III-V heterostructures for applications in RF electronics and optics
- Collaborating with customers to tailor profiles to satisfy technical requirements and meet program needs, including HEMTs, HBTs, and PIN diodes
- Detailed analysis of process parameters and materials characterization data to ensure quality of final product, including correlation with electrical characteristics of processed devices
- Implementing computational tools to improve efficiency and accuracy of production processes and to assist in problem solving and quality control
