I am the co-leader of the transaction advisory services practice of CBIZ Private Equity Advisory, the leading national due diligence team for middle market private equity groups and companies that want to make smarter, gainful decisions related to their acquisitions and divestitures. Our team has deep experience, helping our clients make well-informed decisions that have a big impact on their investments.I also co-founded Laurus Transaction Advisors in 2008, a transaction advisory practice also focused on middle market private equity groups that was sold to CBIZ in 2018. Prior to co-founding Laurus Transaction Advisors, LLC, I was a Senior Manager in the Transaction Advisory Practice at Ernst & Young LLP and a Director in the Transaction Services advisory practice at KPMG LLP. My career began in 1993 in the assurance practice of KPMG LLP. I earned a B.S. in accounting from the University of Colorado. I am a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant licensed in the State of Colorado.
