The Chickasaw Community Council of Central Texas (CCCCTX) was incorporated in December 2007 and granted recognition as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in July 2008. The CCCCTX is recognized by the Chickasaw Nation to work on behalf of the Nation, Chickasaw citizens, and the Native American community in Central Texas. The purpose of the CCCCTX is to provide a place for Chickasaws to meet, socialize, learn about their history, culture, and heritage. The CCCCTX, in cooperation with the Chickasaw Nation, provides presentations from experts in Chickasaw arts, culture, history, and language.

Global Customer ProgramsDefining and understanding internal and external requirements on a regional basis, coordinate global issues and opportunities, escalation path for regional issues, supports and drives global projects and opportunities.

Responsible for meeting and exceeding customer expectations from receipt of customer PO to final customer delivery. Managed the delivery of finished goods from manufacturing to 40+ countries in Latin America. Improved carrier network in 14 Latin American countries reducing transit and time and cost. Led Winning Culture team for Latin America segment based in Austin, Tx.

Managed a team of 11 buyers responsible for procuring and expediting material as well as managing the supply chain’s performance and on-time delivery.

Responsible for successfully implementing the Integrated Supply Program on behalf of Operations and Procurement. Worked with cross-functional groups, Supply Chain Management, Corporate Legal, Engineering, and Manufacturing, to ensure a timely, successful implementation. Represented the Materials Organization in the Process Control Team for ISO initiatives.

Created, organized, and trained the new Volume Parts Implementation Group, responsible for contract implementation for all Volume Manufacturing Organization items. Worked with Supply Chain Management, Production Control, Inventory Control, Manufacturing and Logistics to create a new process that successfully added 3000 parts to a JIT contract.
